CONSCIOUS BREATH WORK
On average we take around 20,000 breaths a day, yet most of these inhales and exhales can go unnoticed. Simply bringing awareness to our breath can help us build a conscious breath practice. This can have a positive impact on our well-being. There are many breath works to explore and an infinite number of breathing exercises to practice. A good place to start is exploring the different ways in which we breathe and how this has an impact on our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

Breathing Rooms are at Still Point London, Liverpool Street and Physical Heath Centre on Chiswell Street in the City. She now offers private sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8.30am until 2pm and on alternate weekends from 10 – 7pm.
