Aimee Hartley, a breath coach, author of “Breathe Well,” and the founder of The Breathing Room and OxyGen, providing tailor-made breathing programs and bespoke corporate workshops, talks and experiences.

These programmes incorporate a variety of cutting-edge, scientifically proven breath techniques designed to help you unlock the full potential of your breathing system, regulate your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and positively impact your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

With a passion for sharing the benefits of breathwork to children, Aimee launched School Breathe CIC in 2018. This initiative delivers scientifically proven and easy-to-learn, bitesized breath exercises for school children and teachers. Schools adopting these practices cultivate healthy breathing habits by engaging in short breathing techniques on a daily basis. This effort has now expanded to schools across the UK, Germany, US, and Australia. School Breathe CIC also provides breath coach training for primary school staff.
