Aimee Hartley is a leading breath coach, author of Breathe Well and founder of The Breathing Room. She offers in-person and online breathwork sessions, private 1:1s, workshops, corporate retreats and bespoke corporate programmes, all designed to enhance physical, emotional and mental health through the power of the breath.
At her Breathing Rooms in London and Monmouth and globally online, Aimee supports individuals with tailored breath programmes using science-backed techniques to reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and unlock full breathing potential.
Aimee works closely with corporate teams to deliver tailored breathwork workshops, wellbeing talks and breath coach training.
