Join us for an immersive workshop designed to unlock the profound benefits of breathwork for both body and mind. Through the practices of Conscious Connected Breathwork and Coherent Breathing, you’ll learn how to harness your breath to improve physical health, enhance emotional resilience, and deepen relaxation. This transformative session will conclude with a guided deep relaxation practice, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and restored.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a dynamic breathing technique that helps to release tension, clear emotional blocks, and access a state of heightened self-awareness. This practice stimulates the body’s natural healing processes, enhances oxygen flow, and supports overall vitality. Complementing this is Coherent Breathing, a gentle method that synchronizes your breath with your heart rate, promoting calmness, mental clarity, and improved cardiovascular function. Together, these practices offer a holistic approach to wellbeing, suitable for both beginners and seasoned breathwork practitioners.

The workshop will be led by Aimee Hartley and Evangeline Di Michele, both highly experienced breathwork practitioners. Aimee is a certified Oxygen Advantage and Transformational Breath® facilitator, with over a decade of experience teaching breathwork to individuals and groups. Evangeline is a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, Yoga and Massage Specialist and mindfulness coach, specialising in using breathwork to support stress management and emotional healing. Their combined expertise and compassionate guidance will provide a supportive and enriching experience for all participants.
