Enjoy a yoga session inspired by the Museum’s connections
with the natural world, followed by a gong bath and an
exclusive visit to the Life in the Dark exhibition.
Rise and shine at the Natural History Museum with a unique yoga class hosted in collaboration with East of Eden.
Before the Museum opens its doors for the day, join us under Hintze Hall’s magnificent blue whale skeleton for an experience weaving breathwork with movement and sound.
Tune in to your own breathing to energise your body, before moving through a series of ancient yogic movements and poses that connect with the Museum’s collections and ties to the natural world.
You will finish the class with the serene, resonating vibrations of a live gong bath – a relaxing and invigorating experience to round off the session.
After your class enjoy exclusive access to an exhibition or gallery before the Museum opens.
