Learn to breathe fully with the powerful and conscious breath-work, Transformational Breath.
Each one of us has a unique breathing pattern and we hold onto both physical and emotional tension within our respiratory muscles which restricts us from breathing and feeling deeply and fully which helps induce feelings of calm and relaxation.

In this 3 hour workshop, you will learn about how and where your body holds on to tension and practice the powerful combination therapy, Transformational Breath, which involves circular breathing, acupressure (light touch – no needles!), sound, movement and positive affirmations. This cutting-edge breath work can be powerful and transformative and work deeply on the subconscious to clear negativity and create clarity of mind.

You will experience the benefits of learning how to breathe fully and release tension from the body with ease by learning the much talked about conscious breath-work, Transformational Breath. The body and mind can feel lighter, freer and much more relaxed just after one session.
Accessing a full diaphragmatic breath can help you:

Improve digestion, boost circulation, increase energy and fitness.
Generate feelings of calm, release old emotions, feel lighter and more focused.
